I have an aca­d­e­m­i­cal back­ground is in Entre­pre­neur­ship and Sus­tain­abil­i­ty Man­age­ment. I learned about the fun­da­men­tals of cli­mate sci­ence, sus­tain­abil­i­ty man­age­ment, as well as how to build scal­ing organ­i­sa­tions. My prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence lies in Busi­ness Devel­op­ment and Sales. I built up teams and worked oper­a­tional in Busi­ness Devel­op­ment, Growth Mar­ket­ing and Sales for mul­ti­ple ear­ly-to mid stage star­tups and co-ini­ti­at­ed the con­fer­ence “reStart” where I inter­viewed founders of eco­log­i­cal impact Start-Ups on stage. After­ward I took on an intern­ship at Pro­ject­To­geth­er, where I learned about open social inno­va­tion process­es and a sys­temic view of soci­etal prob­lems. This led me to the clear belief that we need social inno­va­tion process­es in order to tack­le the trans­for­ma­tion ahead.
