I have a back­ground of Span­ish philol­o­gy and busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion. For the past eight years, I have been work­ing in the field of agile trans­for­ma­tion, coach­ing, and learn­ing and devel­op­ment. Dur­ing this time, I have had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to work with a range of cor­po­rate cul­tures, from star­tups to large cor­po­ra­tions.
In the con­text of our cur­rent chal­lenge at Plan B, my expe­ri­ence in agile meth­ods equips me to help the team fur­ther devel­op their process­es and improve project deliv­ery. My work in team cul­ture projects have allowed me to suc­cess­ful­ly build and fos­ter col­lab­o­ra­tive team envi­ron­ments. More­over, my exper­tise in learn­ing and devel­op­ment posi­tions me to assist in design­ing train­ing pro­grams and skill devel­op­ment ini­tia­tives that will sup­port the team’s growth and prob­lem-solv­ing capa­bil­i­ties. I’m excit­ed about the oppor­tu­ni­ty to fur­ther learn from experts and men­tors to help the devel­op­ment of Plan B.
