My background is in business development, marketing, strategy and project management. During my studies as well as my 4,5 years in consultancy and Venture Capital, I learned how to structure complex problems, define and validate hypothesis and work on solving those problems using analytical, conceptual and strategic methods. Within my consultancy and VC projects I developed business strategies, market entry concepts, business plans, customer journeys as well as execution plans to build new digital business models for my clients. Furthermore, I managed a number of complex business development projects besides typical restructuring projects e.g. performance improvement of B2B sales organisations. Part of this project management was to motivate smaller and larger multi-disciplinary teams. All those projects have provided me with valuable and relevant experience for the build-up of our I´M℗ACTING value proposition.
