Lisa has an aca­d­e­m­ic back­ground in soci­ol­o­gy and law (M.A.). Through her stud­ies, she devel­oped a major inter­est in glob­al social inequal­i­ties and crises, with a par­tic­u­lar focus on find­ing ways to over­come them. Her work expe­ri­ence as a sci­en­tif­ic researcher in the fields of migra­tion, inequal­i­ties, and orga­ni­za­tion­al soci­ol­o­gy have led her to inves­ti­gate the poten­tial of the impact seg­ment, and she believes that impact star­tups have a crit­i­cal role to play in address­ing the world’s most press­ing chal­lenges. Her pas­sion for cre­at­ing pos­i­tive social change is now set­tled in her sup­port on Pro­gram Man­age­ment, par­tic­u­lar­ly in elab­o­rat­ing PHINEO Star­tups own impact with their pro­grams as well as devel­op­ing new pro­grams.
