Isabel has been involved in the devel­op­ment of lead­ing sus­tain­able invest­ment prac­tice and guid­ance. Work­ing with fund man­agers around the world Isabel has been devel­op­ing Sus­tain­able strate­gies, poli­cies, con­trac­tu­al doc­u­men­ta­tion and gov­er­nance process­es. Work­ing for a fund of funds man­ag­er, she has devel­oped and under­tak­en due dili­gence process­es for dif­fer­ent asset class­es, geo­gra­phies and spec­trum of respon­si­ble to impact invest­ing styles. The tools include the whole invest­ment cycle from fund selec­tion, reg­u­lar and Due Dili­gence mon­i­tor­ing, report­ing of funds and track­ing of progress of each fund against the fund of fund’s KPI’s of the Sus­tain­able Strat­e­gy. Pre­vi­ous­ly Isabel led a Cli­mate Pilot for the New Zealand gov­ern­ment. Isabel has a Mas­ter in Sus­tain­able Finance and sits on a vari­ety of Advi­so­ry Boards to sup­port the broad­er sus­tain­able and impact invest­ing land­scape and wider sus­tain­able goals.
