I’ve been a free­lancer for 11 years and start­ed with media design and con­cep­tu­al­iza­tion of dig­i­tal projects (infor­ma­tion archi­tect & user expe­ri­ence). Oper­a­tional work still suits me, but I also want­ed to be effec­tive in oth­er places. So I work as a prod­uct own­er, scrum mas­ter & agile coach. I define prod­ucts and their con­tent and I help teams to work well and effi­cient­ly togeth­er in an agile envi­ron­ment. I also work as orga­ni­za­tion­al con­sul­tant to cre­ate impact not only on a team lev­el but also on a com­pa­ny lev­el. In this posi­tion I accom­pa­ny com­pa­nies through trans­for­ma­tion and change process­es. In ear­ly 2023, I grad­u­at­ed in Sus­tain­abil­i­ty Man­age­ment, with a focus on Plas­tic Cred­its and Waste Man­age­ment in Zam­bia. The theme of per­son­al impact cer­tain­ly grounds my work as a men­tor and lec­tur­er, as I believe in knowl­edge shar­ing and col­lab­o­ra­tion to solve glob­al issues.
