I have spent more than 15 years work­ing with Pri­vate Equi­ty and Ven­ture Cap­i­tal Funds in spot­ting, devel­op­ing and exe­cut­ing out­stand­ing VCPs. The past 4 years I have launched and grown a Tal­ent Bou­tique focused on ESG & Impact Tal­ent, a place­ment agency and invest­ment club focused on impact star­tups (and funds) and a Purpose/Sustainability Acad­e­my for Senior Deci­sion mak­ers such as Exec­u­tives and NEDs. I also sit on the board of a tech­nol­o­gy niche play­er and fam­i­ly busi­ness and invest in impact start-ups as angel and Men­tor.
