With ten years of expe­ri­ence in the start­up ecosys­tem, Dash is ded­i­cat­ed to sup­port­ing impact entre­pre­neurs effec­tive­ly. Based in Ger­many, she has built numer­ous start­up pro­grams and accel­er­a­tors both local­ly and in emerg­ing mar­kets such as Sub-Saha­ran Africa, the Mid­dle East, South-East Asia, and Latin Amer­i­ca. Dash has designed around 20, man­aged 5, and launched 4 start­up pro­grams world­wide. An active men­tor, train­er, and pub­lic speak­er on entre­pre­neur­ship, Dash has men­tored over 30 and trained more than 1,000 founders and intrapre­neurs. Her exper­tise includes impact busi­ness mod­el­ing, finan­cial­ly sus­tain­able busi­ness mod­els, impact mea­sure­ment, nar­ra­tive build­ing, financ­ing and fundrais­ing, and pitch­ing. Dash’s entre­pre­neur­ial ven­tures include found­ing Space Shack, Berlin Cowork­ing Fes­ti­val, and Blockchain Pirates. She also leads a pio­neer­ing, hands-on start­up course at Tech­nis­che Uni­ver­sität Berlin, run­ning suc­cess­ful­ly for ten years.
