Canelle is sup­port­ing PHINEO Star­tups as a Senior Pro­gram Man­ag­er. From the out­set of her career, she’s been dri­ven by the desire to con­tribute to pos­i­tive change. With a var­ied back­ground cov­er­ing sus­tain­able food, inno­v­a­tive work prac­tices, and the ener­gy and mobil­i­ty sec­tors, she brings a wealth of expe­ri­ence to the team. As an Expert at the Ger­man Ener­gy Agency (dena), she honed her skills in start­up sup­port, forged strate­gic part­ner­ships, and cham­pi­oned Diver­si­ty, Equi­ty, and Inclu­sion ini­tia­tives. Canelle’s jour­ney is marked by hands-on involve­ment in impact-dri­ven orga­ni­za­tions and as a co-founder of a Berlin-based non­prof­it, which solid­i­fied her com­mit­ment to fos­ter­ing inter­con­nect­ed­ness. She holds a Mas­ter’s in Mar­ket­ing and Strat­e­gy from the Uni­ver­si­ty Paris-Dauphine, com­ple­ment­ed by exec­u­tive train­ing in Diver­si­ty, Equi­ty and Inclu­sion: Strate­gies for Busi­ness Impact from the Cam­bridge Judge Busi­ness School.
