Ali­cia is the Founder and CEO of Make​.org, a lead­ing force in civic tech with­in Europe. Pri­or to found­ing Make​.org, she spent a decade work­ing in the tech indus­try, build­ing and man­ag­ing teams of engi­neers, data sci­en­tists, and prod­uct man­agers. Notably, she estab­lished the first Growth Hack­ing Team in France at Deez­er to accel­er­ate the com­pa­ny’s growth. In 2016, she joined forces with Deez­er’s for­mer CEO to found Make​.org, aim­ing to lever­age tech­nol­o­gy for the bet­ter­ment of our democ­ra­cies. Ali­cia is a grad­u­ate of Neo­ma Busi­ness School. In recog­ni­tion of her trans­for­ma­tive con­tri­bu­tions to France, she was award­ed the Le Point-Giverny rank­ing in 2021, hon­or­ing excep­tion­al indi­vid­u­als under 40. Addi­tion­al­ly, she was select­ed as a Ris­ing Tal­ent by the Wom­en’s Forum for the Econ­o­my & Soci­ety in 2022. Cur­rent­ly, she resides in Berlin.
