With glob­al debt reach­ing a record $305 tril­lion in 2022 and the wealth gap widen­ing, effec­tive finan­cial strate­gies are essen­tial to ensure equi­table resource dis­tri­b­u­tion and sus­tain­able devel­op­ment. A respon­si­ble finan­cial sys­tem is cru­cial to tack­ling the poly­cri­sis, a con­ver­gence of mul­ti­ple glob­al chal­lenges like cli­mate change, inequal­i­ty, and eco­nom­ic insta­bil­i­ty. By align­ing invest­ments with social and envi­ron­men­tal goals, we can cre­ate resilience against these inter­con­nect­ed crises and pro­mote long-term glob­al sta­bil­i­ty.

In our col­lec­tive, we bring togeth­er Fin­Tech star­tups, research insti­tutes, busi­ness­es, and state actors to fos­ter inno­va­tion and col­lab­o­ra­tion. Our col­lec­tive on respon­si­ble finance includes 8 sub-themes.

Our goal is to trans­form the way the glob­al finance sys­tem works by pio­neer­ing a respon­si­ble finance rev­o­lu­tion. Our col­lec­tive aims to:

  • Fos­ter col­lab­o­ra­tive inno­va­tion

Sum­mit

In May and Octo­ber of each year, our com­mu­ni­ty meets at the Col­lec­tive Impact Sum­mit in Berlin.
It includes a col­lec­tive meet­up, start­up pitch­es, expert keynotes, and a net­work­ing evening.

In a reg­u­lar for­mat we meet to grow and learn togeth­er on user group inputs, research insights, reg­u­la­to­ry changes and coop­er­a­tion expe­ri­ences.
